Sergei Skaterschikov has been a Board Member at OMZ since 2004 and also chairs the Remuneration Committee.

In 2003-08, he was a member of the expert council of the UES Board of Directors’ Audit Committee. In 2005-07, he was Director of Investment Banking at Dresdner Kleinwort. Since 2006, he has been a member of Independence Holdings Limited’s Board of Directors.

Mr Skaterschikov was also previously a Board Member at Kirov Zavod, LSR Group and Nutrinvestholding, as well as Vice President for Strategy and Development at MTS.

Mr Skaterschikov has a degree in Geography and American Studies from Moscow State University and a Global Executive MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
