Vladimir Zotov has headed Agro-Belogorie since July 2007. Prior to that, he was Deputy Head of the Belgorod Region since 2001. From 1998 to 2001, he was Director of Regional Food Corporation, an enterprise run by Belgorod Region’s administration. Since 1985, he has held a number of senior positions in consumer cooperatives.

Mr Zotov holds degrees in engineering and economics.
