Yekaterina Novokreschenyh graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

From 1995 to 1996, she worked for Lefortovski Bank, from 1996 to 1999, Yekaterina worked as Advisor to the CEO of The Seventh Continent chain of supermarkets. In this position she was responsible for attracting investments.

From 2000 to 2005, she held positions of Vice-President and then Director of Investment and Banking Activities of Troika Dialog Investment Company.

From 2005 to 2006, she held the position of President of Renaissance Capital Consumer Finance Bank.

From 2006 to 2008, Ms Novokreschenyh worked as First Deputy Head of the Project Development Centre for the sale of assets of RAO UES of Russia. Since August 2008, she has worked as Deputy General Director of Investment Activities and Head of Corporate Finances, Investment and Banking Activities at SOVLINK.
