Victor Orlovski joined Sberbank in 2008 as Senior Vice President and Head of Information Technologies. From 2006 to 2008, he was a Partner at IBM’s Consulting Unit for Russia/CIS countries. Prior to that, in 2001-06 he was a manager at Alfa Bank’s retail unit and in 1995-2001 he worked in various positions at ABN AMRO Bank in Uzbekistan.

Mr Orlovski graduated in 1996 from the Tashkent Electro-Technical Institute of Communication and in 2001 from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics. He also holds an MBA from the University of Warwick (UK).

Victor is a Member of the Supervisory Boards of Subsidiary Bank of Sberbank of Russia (Ukraine) and Belpromstroyank, (Belarus), Chairman of the Board of Directors at Universal Electronic Card and Sberbank-Technology , and also Member of the Board of Directors of Sberbank AST.
