Vyacheslav Aminov is a Member of the BoD at NefteTransService. He was an Advisor to the Head of the Russian Presidential Administration from 1996 to 2003 and an Assistant Advisor to the President from 2005 to 2007. Since 1996 he has been Chairman of the BoD of Interregional Postal Bank. He is also a Co-Owner of large cosmetics and perfume companies.

Mr Aminov is a graduate of the Law Department at Moscow State University.
