Mr Sokolov has worked at Troika Dialog since 2003. Before joining the team he was Director of Trading Operations at WEB-Invest Bank and Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Development Bank. Pavel has supervised all the DCM transactions arranged by Troika and covering key clients across the CIS, including Uranium One, LUKOIL, Gazprom neft, Russian Railways, Evraz, NLMK, Novatek, Kamaz, ROSNANO, and Vnesheconombank. Pavel has a degree in theoretical physics from the St. Petersburg State University.
