Mikhail Skorokhod is President of Eurocement Group, a position he has held since 2002. Prior to this, he headed the Assets, Accounting and Management Department at Rosuglesbyt and was the company’s Executive Director and Vice President.

Mr Skorokhod is widely published and has received many government honours and several accolades, including being named the most efficient manager in heavy industry by Corporate Secret magazine.

He graduated from the Donetsk Technical Institute with a degree in mining engineering and economics and holds a postgraduate degree in engineering and a PhD in economics. In 2004, Mr Skorokhod became a professor of economics and management.
