Member of the Board of Directors, Altera Investment Fund
Kirill Androsov served as Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s Deputy Chief of Staff. Before this, he worked in the Economic Development and Trade Ministry as head of the State Tariffs Regulation and Infrastructural Reform Department, and later as Deputy Economic Development and Trade Minister.
Prior to joining the government, Mr Androsov was Deputy CEO at Lenenergo in charge of strategic development, later becoming First Deputy CEO and CFO. Prior to joining Lenenergo, he held senior positions on St. Petersburg’s Property Management Committee. He began his career as an investment manager at Hansa Investments.
Mr Androsov is a Chairman of the board of Aeroflot Russian Airlines and Russian Railways. He is also a board member of LSR Group, A3, Channel One and Altera Investment Fund. During his six years of government service, he served on the boards at RAO UES, Rosneft, Zarubezhneft, VTB, Svyazinvest and VVC (Russian Exhibition Centre).
He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Business School and a master’s degree with honors from the St. Petersburg Marine Technical University and a PhD in Economics from the St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance. Mr Androsov is featured in the World Economic Forum in Davos’ list of Young Global Leaders.
