Ismo Koskinen has worked as Energy Counsellor in the EU Delegation to Russia for three and a half years now. Earlier he worked at DG TREN (Transport & Energy) in Brussels with clean transport, biofuels, logistics and maritime transport. He initially worked at Finland’s Ministry of Transport and Communications and represented Finland’s interests in the EU for several years in the 90s.
