Mr Yakubson graduated from the History Department of Oryol State Pedagogical Institute.

He holds a master’s degree in sociology and a master’s degree in business administration from Kingston University Business School (UK).

In 1997 he became General Director of the Pallada Group of Companies.

From 2006 to 2007 he was Vice President of Megapolis, a part of Mercury Group.

In February 2008 he was appointed as Vice President of Dixy Group.

In February 2009 he became President of Dixy Group.
