Ilya Chuprinko joined Gazprom Neft in 2008, where he is responsible for cash management at the group, attracting short-term financing and managing financial risks.

He previously headed the Treasury at MTS, the leading telecommunications operator in Russia and the CIS.

Mr Chuprinko is a graduate of the Russian University of Chemical Technology. He holds an MBA from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
