Dmitry Milshtein joined EuroSet in February 2009 and was named CFO in June 2009.
Prior to that, in 2008-09, Mr Milshtein was CFO at Tekhnosila, and before that he served in the Treasury Department at X5 Retail Group for five years, while from 1997 until 2003 he worked in the Credit Finance Centre at the Railways Ministry.

Mr Milshtein finished graduate school at the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics, and he also studied at Lancaster University.
