Artem Volynets joined En+ Group in June 2010, since December 2010 holds the position of CEO. He is responsible for the operational management and implementation of strategies aimed to turn the group into a global leader in the mining, metals and power industries.

2007 – 2010 – Director for Corporate Strategy and Business Development in UC RUSAL (En+ Group holds a 47.41% stake in UC RUSAL). Mr. Volynets led the preparation and completion of M&A projects and transactions, including acquisition of a 25% stake in Norilsk Nickel and IPO of UC RUSAL on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

2003 – 2007 – Vice President and Director for Corporate Strategy and at SUAL International.

1997 – 2003 – strategy consultant and corporate finance advisor at Monitor Group (UK).

1991 – 1997 – studied at Georgetown and American Universities in the USA, working on projects for The World Bank.
