Mr Oslon has been working in the area of development, software implementation and application of data analysis methods (Cand.Sc. [Engineering]) for 15 years. From 1988 he has focused on the area of sociology, and since 1992 has been one of the founders and president of the Public Opinion Foundation, the largest independent sociological organisation in Russia.
