Alexander Idrisov has headed Strategy Partners Group for 17 years. Under his leadership, the company has prepared over 200 consulting projects, including the creation of development strategies for leading Russian and international corporations, as well as regions and countries. He has been involved in many socially important projects, such as the SME Barometer and annual report on Russia’s competitiveness in partnership with WEF and Sberbank.
At the end of 2010, Mr Idrisov represented Russia in the process of joining the Global Federation of Competitiveness Councils. He also participated in the creation of the Eurasian Institute of Competitiveness (one of the creators of the federation and a partner of the World Economic Forum). Mr Idrisov is part of the General Council Russian Business, the Regional Ministry’s Public Council, and Council for Private-Public Partnership, and is the Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Strategic Development of the Russian Engineering Union. He helped to develop the New Industrialisation programme, which is aimed at creating more than 25 mln quality, modern jobs within the next 20 years, as well as the Road Map, a practical implementation plan that has received the support in principle of the Russian government. He is also active in the business of a number of consulting departments and committees.
