Alexey Uvarov has served as Director of the Economics Ministry’s Property Department since 2008. Prior to that, he was Deputy Director at the department and headed the Federal Property Management Agency’s Commercial Property Department. From 2005 to 2008, he was deputy head of the department.

Mr Uvarov is a graduate of Nizhni Novgorod’s State Technical University, the Federal Tax Police Service’s Tax Police Academy and the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President. He is an advisor to the Civil Service, second class.
